CHICKEN

Our birds free range on our cow pastures during the day and are kept in a chicken tractor at night. They are fed a non-gmo grain from Kraut Creek and also fed our organic table scraps. We do not use hormones, antibiotics or GMO's. Doing our best to raise the healthiest birds possible! When the birds are ready to be butchered, we take them to Double M Poultry in Versailles. They specialize in processing all kinds of birds and we think they do an extremely good job. All cuts are vacuum sealed. We sell as whole birds or in cut up packages.
